The PADI Open Water Diver Course is the world’s most recognized and respected scuba certification — the foundation of every diver’s journey. 🌊
Designed for beginners, this course takes you from your first breath underwater to becoming a confident, independent diver. Over 3 to 4 days, you’ll learn essential dive theory, practice basic skills in shallow water, and complete four open water dives in the crystal-clear waters of Unawatuna, Sri Lanka.
Under the guidance of our certified PADI Instructors, you’ll master key techniques such as buoyancy control, underwater communication, equipment setup, and dive planning. Once certified, you’ll be qualified to dive anywhere in the world up to 18 meters (60 ft) — your certification never expires!
This is the perfect starting point for anyone ready to explore the ocean, encounter marine life up close, and begin a lifetime of underwater adventures.
Already a certified diver? The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course is the next step in your scuba journey — helping you build confidence, refine your skills, and explore new types of diving. 🌊
This course is all about adventure and experience. Over 2 to 3 days, you’ll complete five adventure dives under the supervision of our professional PADI Instructors. Two of these — Deep Diving (up to 30m) and Underwater Navigation— are mandatory, while the remaining three can be chosen based on your interests. Popular options in Unawatuna, Sri Lanka include Wreck Diving, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Night Diving, Photography, or Nitrox.
There’s no lengthy classroom session — just a short knowledge review before each dive, followed by real underwater practice. By the end of the course, you’ll be a more skilled and confident diver, ready to explore deeper and more challenging dive sites around the world.
