Always wanted to know what it’s like to breathe underwater? The PADI Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) program is the perfect way to experience scuba diving for the very first time — no experience or certification needed! 
This fun and safe experience gives you a taste of the underwater world under the direct supervision of our certified PADI Instructors. You’ll start with a short safety briefing and an introduction to basic scuba skills in shallow water, then head out for a guided dive up to 12 meters in the warm, clear waters of Unawatuna, Sri Lanka.
You’ll get to explore beautiful coral reefs, swim alongside tropical fish, and feel the magic of weightlessness beneath the waves — all while being closely supervised by your instructor. It’s the perfect adventure for beginners, travelers, or anyone curious about diving before committing to a full certification course.
Before your dive, we’ll have a classroom session and confined water training to make sure you’re comfortable and confident. During your dive, our certified PADI Instructors and Divemasters will be with you at all times to guide and support you. You’ll dive up to 10 meters, explore vibrant coral reefs, discover a shipwreck, and see plenty of colorful marine life.
